Having problems with digital noise and distortion when using your Zoom R16 or R24?
I know i was… and after hours of changing up settings, adjusting latency, etc i turned to the internet for answers.
Forums contained the usual drivel of smart arses, know it alls, and trolls which provided no help for the poor OP’s who complained, and the subsequent bunch of people reporting the same problem.
It took me another 30 mins or so to find the solution – turns out it’s the drivers (surprise…surprise…). Zoom haven’t actually got the latest driver for OSX LION on their site (yet).
However, i found a solution on this zoom gear forum - zoom have sent someone a ‘beta’ release that works for OSX 10.7, and what do you know, it WORKS
