Being Your Whole Self

Everyone has a look, which conveys to me a feeling.

Just by looking I can feel a person.I think it’s a subtle body language thing.

A lot of people are closed and shut off from parts of their selves.

You can see it.

A girl walked by, looking strong and collected. But I felt this was an armor, a over compensation to look strong, to hide her vulnerability. It’s not what she is showing, nor what she is hiding, because it’s all still inside her.

It’s about balance and allowing all aspects of the emotional self to have a space to exist.

People that stand out are comfortable with themselves. They are able to be without fighting an urge of something not to be. There is nothing more beautiful in seeing a person then watching them just be, naturally, in whatever pure emotional state they are. It’s not something u can aim for, because it’s born within us and alive. If we let go, and allow, and sit with ourselves, then we are as we are.

Nothing to be, nothing to become, and total freedom.
