Canberra CMC Backyard Bonanza
Recently i joined up with the Canberra Musicians Club (CMC). It’s basically a bunch of muso’s who all get together once a month to listen to each other play, sit around a fire, and jam away to their hearts content with all kinds of musical instruments.
In the afternoon, we watched some great acts. I don’t know who this guy is above but he was pretty funny and made up songs on the spot.

A group called Lady Grey played some really enjoyable songs, very melodic, covering a diverse range of styles and moods. They were followed by Rafe Morris who belted out some folky esk acoustic guitar tunes.

We continued as the sun went down, and the night brought about a fire, a bunch of instruments, and some great tunes.
